A Project Ribbon gift isn’t just a gesture – it’s a statement of belief in the power of healing and a daily reminder that the finish line is in sight… In a few short steps, you will provide your loved one with an army of support and a journey filled with hope.

Step 1 | How Many Treatments

Find out how many treatments your loved one will have. This will determine the number of participants (friends/family) and gift pouches you will need (10 jute multi-colored gift pouches included.)

Step 2 | Purchase the Project Ribbon Countdown

Purchase the Project Ribbon Countdown from our Esty Shop. Choose your wood color (whitewashed or natural stained). Choose “Courage”, “Inspire” or “Grateful” for the header or customize your own.

Step 3 | Rally The Troops

Ask friends and family if they would like to participate and sponsor a treatment. Explain the process and be sure to coordinate with all participants so the gifts are unique.

Step 4 | Prepare The Gifts

Collect the gifts from the participants. Fill out each card with the name and gift, placing them in the numbered pouches, and tie them on the metal bar. More participants than treatments? Just double up cards in the pouches.

Step 5 | Present the Calendar

Present the Countdown Calendar to your loved one before the first treatment. Share the love and support they have from friends and family throughout their journey.

Step 6 | Present the Gifts

Before each treatment, the recipient will open a pouch and feel the love and hope that surrounds them. The organizer will then present the actual gift noted on the card.
